Ban All Nukes

Atomic warfare is one of the greatest threats to human life on this planet. One Tsar bomb could wipe out an area the size of Texas. Our adversaries have underwater drones off our coastlines with Poseidon-type missiles. Many bombs were even buried near Florida and New York to cause radioactive tsunamis in case of a conflict. Some countries even have a dead hand-type system to engage without human aid. 

There were over 2,000 nuclear atmospheric tests. Exposure to radioactivity will eventually cause the death of over a million people. Plutonium still lingers in our atmosphere. Every person born since 1951 has received radiation exposure. Nuclear weapons are a threat to our safety and planet. Many of our elected officials knew the dangers of testing these weapons but chose to take profits over our health. One small-scale war could quickly escalate into a Nuclear Winter with devastating worldwide effects. Our natural resources are depleting. It is inevitable there will be conflicts over energy, food, and water.

Protecting Our Safety and Security

Our mission is to protect our planet and biodiversity from the greed of political and corporate corruption that has hijacked the American government and beyond. Our goal is to educate and research ways to challenge many outdated laws that have affected domestic and International relations.

Some Challenges Are-

• To restructure state and federal laws to close loopholes allowing corruption.
  
  
• To ban immunity protections given to many officials, corporations, and elites.
  
  
• To petition Congress to allow the federal government to be sued for its ongoing crimes.
  
  
• To ban the statute of limitations for crimes against humanity and the environment. 
  
  
• To fight against toxic chemicals and pesticides in our air, bodies, food, land, and water.
  
  
• To promote world peace efforts through international laws and diplomacy.
  
  
• To fight against misinformation and the monopolies that pay to suppress it.
  
  
• To protect our freedoms and metadata from our government and adversaries.
  
  
• To limit corruption to protect our safety, our environment, and biodiversity.

We have pursued lobbying efforts to overturn Citizens United which allows the Constitution to prohibit the government from restricting expenditures for political communications by corporations. In other words, corporations can contribute unlimited amounts of dark money to smear campaigns and attack ads to rig the system. This ruling helped elect many corrupt politicians that influenced Cronyism at high levels in our government. As a result, many judges and government agents received lifetime appointments. Many of our political leaders were bought and paid to loosen regulations and pardon illegal activities. As a result, many elites and special interest groups rigged a shadow-type government that allowed them to gain power and control with immunity protections. Select committees were formed to authorize many wasteful and deadly operations without the knowledge of the majority of Congress affecting our country and many others. Many corporations took advantage of our environment and health while abusing our financial system through anonymous shell corporations and legal money laundering.

We have lobbied and are pursuing litigation to overturn Immunity protections for many corporations and elites. A major challenge has become Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act because it immunizes “Interactive computer services” from legal liability for third-party content. However, many social media companies have abused their immunity statutes by allowing many accounts on their platforms to violate state and federal laws because they create engagement and ad revenue without the responsibility to Identify or remove these accounts. This has allowed botnets to use their platforms to infect our devices to launder money, aid terrorism, and violate the sovereignty of other nations.

We have pursued lobbying efforts to convince lawmakers to mandate federal data privacy laws, but the corporate elites have bought out our congress. The US has No Federal data privacy laws. This allows the misuse of your metadata to be used for extortion and control. Most people are unaware that their metadata can be leaked on the dark web without oversight or regulations. Your phones and computers are easy targets for spyware and malware to be used by anyone that wants to become anonymous to get away with illegal acts. Many lawmakers know this but refuse to do anything about it. This loophole has allowed corruption to escalate out of control on a global scale costing taxpayers and businesses over a trillion dollars per year.

Every country has a history of corruption. Even the founding of America was inhumane and illegal. “We the People” Quickly became “We the Corporations” when the Supreme Court struck down the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA). It was a landmark decision to allow an abundance of dark money to rig our elections. It has allowed wasteful corporate and government spending to become out of control. We now have government agents abusing spy programs and many officials getting away with murder because of qualified immunity. The U.S. debt has exceeded over 135% of its debt to GDP with no plans to pay it off. Therefore, we may soon fall into an economic depression or even see military threats from sovereign default.  Above all, America’s middle class is diminishing as inequality is rising. Meanwhile, American taxpayers are on the hook for billions of indirect subsidies to the fossil fuel industry. World peace efforts are becoming unstable as the population rises. In addition, humanity wiped out 60% of global wildlife populations in the last 50 years. The lack of education and inequality has become a global problem. Our natural resources are depleting, and IPCC reports tell us global temperatures are escalating rapidly. Therefore, we are going to face extreme global weather changes. In addition, to floods and viruses. Corporate greed has jeopardized our safety and national security and we need to address our legal corruption problems before the conflicts start over land, energy, food, and water, and It is only a matter of time.
